Week 4, July 2010

So we have reached Week 4 with my wearing PBC. I love how PBC holds everything back in its place now. Where they should be.

Everytime I go out without PBC, it feels one kind, feels incomplete. So I end up wearing the full set during working days and just a waist nipper during the weekend.

Remember..

WHEN U FEEL GOOD, YOU WILL LOOK GOOD. But you won't feel good based on nothing. You feel good knowing that you have made the right choice and the right investment to your body.

PBC is not just about beauty, it's about being healthy too. How?

  1. You HAVE to drink 8 glasses of water everyday, without fail. Now we all know that water is the best clean up agent for your body.
  2. You improve your posture as PBC will make you sit straight. Sitting straight is also mean that you are taking take of your back and your back bones.
  3. It's FIR that is embedded in the PBC 'bones' structure that helps improve your blood circulation, increase metabolism and burn fat. Most of the time, when your blood circulation has been improved, you'll have more radiant and healthy skin and complexion.
  4. You eat less. Yes. I can vouch this for myself. I'm not a foodie but I eat a lot. But now, with PBC gripping my stomach area tightly, there's only that much food that I can stuff in. You eat as per usual, with lesser quantity and that's for sure will help you losing weight fast.

Last but not least, by end of July, we'll face another music....

It's the weigh in and measuring day peeps!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY TUNED!!!

Week 2, July 2010

This week is about LIVING with PBC. How can you effortlessly embracing PBC in your life, like any other new habits that you must get used to. (Now that I've entered Week 2 of my waering PBC, it's like wearing any other type of lingerie now, EXCEPT that, it grips firmly on your abs area and your upper thigh.)

Here's the SIMPLEST formula ever made to getting healthy and fit:

PBC + 8 hours a day + 8 glasses of water = the NEW me (and you, definitely).

Of course, for a working woman like me, you would definitely wear PBC 5 days a week, at least 8 hours a day, without even you know it. It's like wearing any other lingeries or underwares, but this ones, will do work for you. (the FIR embedded in the PBC materials, one of a kind!).

Now, as we would definitely wear PBC daily, it is highly recommended that the you wash them every 2-3 days. Daily is even better, but u need to spend a bit more on the electricity bills as you need to airdry them under the fan overnight. Washing up, is super easy. Just soak em up in a soaped water for 30 mins or so, rinse gently by running over the clothes with your hand, DO NOT SENTAL, hang for at least 1 hour in a toilet to let all the water out and then, air dry under the fan overnight. The next morning, your PBC is ready for service.

Remember: DO NOT- machine wash, dry clean and iron the PBC. This means, it's so easy to maintain.

Week 1, July 2010

Well, I have reached into a full one week with PBC on and so far, things have gotten even better. Ok, now let's address concern no 2 which I think it's quite normal- COMFORT.

First of all, we must remember, there is absolutely NO short cut in getting healthy, slim and fit. It's either you eat right, exercise at least 3 times a week, enroll in a slimming center or you are one lucky fews who have been blessed with high metabolism rates and good genes.

All of the above (except metabolism rate and good genes), requires a monetary investment, effort, time and energy. So, we must establish one rule here: beauty IS pain.

(In my case, I have tried dieting and exercising- didn't really work. It's either slimming or PBC and both require a monetary investment. But hey, eating healthy food is expensive as well.

However, we can mitigate those pain. I mean, for the PBC to work well, it must grip your body tightly, but it doesn't mean that you MUST suffer.

That is why, it is VERY VERY crucial and important that your PBC consultant takes your body measurement first, try it on and assess the comfort level. The right size will make it less painful. Hey, I can't be saying the 'pain' will go away. If you wanted to be super comfortable, you might as well do without it and of course, won't be getting the results you desire.

RUGI!

So here's the thing, I admit that the first few days when your body is adjusting to the PBC, it DID get uncomfortable and sometimes you felt a bit dizzy, light headed or shoulder discomfort.

REST ASSURED, it would all go away soon and later, the only discomfort you feel is just the grip on your abs. Let me reiterate that, your FLAT abs. Hell yeah!!!!!

THAT'S ALL!!! After that, you are free to move on with your life- Eat. Pray. Love. Here's a pic after 1 week in my PBC:-

This shall be the bench mark of my BEFORE pic, I plan to get in better shape and health than this.

Till the next entry, I'll be addressing another concern but of course, always, with solution...

The Big Reveal

Yes, am gonna reveal everything for this transformation journey....

1) My current weight: 80.3kg

2) My vital statistics:

  • Chest: 99cm (39")
  • Bust: 104cm (41")
  • Upper abs (under bust): 91cm (36")
  • Lower abs: 109cm (43")
  • Waist: 97cm (38.2")
  • Hips: 110 (43")
  • Thigh: 65cm (25.4")

Week 1, June 2010 : Product Assimilation

So, to help me achieving my goal, I am enlisting the help of a Superbrand Premium Beautiful Corset (PBC). Ok, when I said- "drastic and almost desperate measures" in the previous entry, I dont mean- CRASH DIET or EXCESSIVE exercise. I mean this. I neither have the time for extra hours at the gym nor the will to drastically cut down my food intake. And I need something that will help me shape up, loose up and fit up without having to sacrifice food or time. As a result, PBC is the most suitable product for me. While I am working at the office, the PBC will do its wonder to my body. See, killing 2 birds in one stone.

AWESOME!!!

PBC come in 3 parts: the bra, the waist nipper and the girdle. (See pics below, all in their individual packaging).

At first, I was WHOAH!!! Do I have to allocate an extra time in the morning to put it on? There goes my valuable sleep time. (Hey, 5-10 minutes of extra sleep every working morning is VERY valuable).

But then, believe you me, like any other products that you have to get used to, you'll be good at it. I mean, I am only wearing it for 3 days now and I'm a pro. My 'worry' was unfounded. I don't even have to wake up extra early after all.

One major concern has been checked off.

I'll address another concern in the next entry. This entry has too much information already for y'alls to digest. Am sure you're still gasping at my vital stats. LOL. Hey, I am as suprised as y'alls like, seriously, I can 'grow' THIS big????

Till we meet again in the next entry. Take care.

A Weigh In Day and A Revelation

June: Week 3

Dang!

I should have noted my weight before (and after of course). The last time I weighed myself was when I went to donate blood (it didn't happen tho).

I was 66kg.

BUT, when I weighed myself again 1 week later, I ballooned up to 71kg. Is it possible to chunk IN that much weight in one week duration? Or that scale at the hotel gym was playing trick on me?

I don't know. So now, I need a RELIABLE scale (is there one?). Digital one, thank you very much!

June : Week 2

Week 2 was disappointing, to say the least. Thanks to the period. :P

I only managed to do ONE workout, which is on Friday, on Max Cardio.

Now looking forward for a better Week 3.
